We can only reserve 10 rooms at a time at the hotel for the group rate and once it gets down to 5 rooms, we can request another 5 rooms at a time, so if you check the site and there aren't any rooms remaining for our block, please let one of us know and we will try to request more, although availability will depend on if anyone else ends up wanting to reserve rooms for a different event that weekend. We recommend booking your rooms as early as possible if you know you are going to attend and need one. The hotel has 2 Suites and the rest are king and queen rooms but when you apply for the group rate you have to specify the room types you want so it's kind of a guessing game as to what people will want/ need, so if you are trying to book and don't see the room type you desire available, including if you will require something that is handicap accessible, please let us know that as well and we will try to accommodate as best we can.
